The AOCD socio and medical centers offer training to hundreds of people in sewing, beauty salon services, English language skills, and computer proficiency to enhance individual talents. AOCD established an orphanage for Yazidi orphans who were captured by ISIS from 2015 to 2019. AOCD was responsible for caring for fifty-seven orphans who lost their families during the ISIS crisis in the Sinjar area, providing them with psychological, educational, and health services.
